INGREDIENTS:
* 2 lbs sirloin steak cut into small cubes
* Season steak with:
*1/2 tsp salt, I tsp crushed black pepper
*I tbsp corn starch
*I tbsp soy sauce
*I tbsp cooking oil.
* I medium onion chopped
* 4 scallions chopped
* 5 whole eggs
* 2 cups frozen peas and carrots
* I tbsp minced ginger and garlic
*Season eggs with a pinch of bouillon
* Cook eggs with a splash of oil and I tbsp of butter.
* 5 cups cooked overnight rice
* Cook steak with splash of oil and set aside
* I dollop or tbsp of oyster sauce
* I tbsp light soy sauce
* 1/2 tbsp butter
* pinch of chili flakes (optional)
* I tsp toasted sesame oil
