Food: How to make Ghana Palm Nut Soup

INGREDIENTS:

* 2 lbs of smoked turkey

* I lbs cured lamb or non cured lamb

* 1/2 large onion

* I tomato

* I red bell pepper

* 3 cloves garlic

* 1 & 1/2 thumb size ginger

* 1/2 tsp anise

* I tbsp salt or to taste

* I tbsp dawadawa (substitute with | tbsp fish sauce)

* 1/2 cup smoked fish

* Mushrooms

* Fresno chili

* Iscotch bonnet chili

* 1/4 tsp Cameroon pepper (substitute with 1/4 tsp smoked paprika and a pinch of cayenne pepper)

* I cup palm cream dissolved into 10 cups hot water. (Use less or more water to achieve your desired consistency)
