Food: Spiced Christmas Bundt Cake Recipe everyone loves

Recipe:

Mix margarine and Sugar in a bowl till creamy and fluffy.

Add 5 eggs intermittently as soon as it’s fluffy, keep mixing.

Sieve 5 cups of flour, half table spoon of baking

soda, I table spoon of baking powder, half table spoon of cinnamon, half table spoon of ginger into a bowl

Add a dash of coconut flavour and I cup of raisin soaked in achohol into the creamed egg mixture.

Begin to add the flour mixture and fold in till well

incorporated, lighten with some Malta Guinness, fold and pour into a Bundt Pan.

Bake in a preheated oven for 40minutes or till done.

FOR ICING

Mix 2 Cups of Icing sugar with lemon juice till smooth, pour

over cake and decorate with sprinkles or spice Mukha
